Russia 63 - France 66
France is the champion of the XIV Vilagarcia Baske Cup. Russia and France have been the best teams during the four days competition, and the final had to be exciting.
Russia led on the scoreboard during the first half, but France came back in the second with a great Evan Fournier. France has gone unbeaten through all the tournament and deserved the title.
Lazarev couldn't score as much as the previous days and his teammates couldn't help on that area. Only Shavkunov seemed to take the responsibility and made 4 3-pointers to try a last come back, but it was one shy. France won by three points.
Spain 91 - Italy 69
Spain had no problems to win the game for the third place by beating an unknown Italy. The locals dominated from the very beginning and it was an easy win.
Miki Servera (born in 1992) was the best Spanish player on the court, and both Miguel Lorenzo and Nacho Llovet also battled hard in the paint. It was enough to beat a team with no soul for the last game.
Germany 85 - Czech Republic 63
Philipp Neumann, the MVP of the tournament, was a hurricane above the Czechs. He finished with 25 points and 17 rebounds and ranking of 45 (efficiency).
Angola 59 - New Zealand 31
Angola got his first win of the tournament to finish seventh.
